I have recharged twice Airtel number for Rs. 219 on 18th Oct 2021 and received an SMS saying that the transaction was unsuccessful and if amount is deducted, it will be refunded within 7-10 days, and an order ID for future reference. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but the mobile number is not recharged.
Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
As per email communication with bank, they require a confirmation from Airtel that they had not received that amount twice on 18th Oct. I have tried reaching out to the Airtel customer care through email and call. But no update.
