Airtel — Recharge successful but plan not activated

I have recharged my Airtel number [protected] on 08th Sept. 2022 for the amount of Rs 399 through Paytm. The recharge was done and is also reflecting in my account. My previous plan's validity was ending on 9th Sept 2022. After that the plan of Rs 399 was supposed to get activated automatically. But it is still not activated. Neither I am getting any free call nor data. While calling my main account balance is getting deducted. I also called the customer care (198) twice. But the agents are simply misguiding me instead of resolving the problem. I am also attaching few screenshots regarding the issue. Hope that the issue will be resolved soon.
