I recharged my airtel number ([protected]) on (15/4/2020) through airtel app with rs 598.0. Then a message came saying that bill payment of rs 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id :[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours.
But later it says that payment failed : your recent transaction for airtel mobile number : [protected], amount rs 598.0 and txn id[protected] has failed but the amount of rs 598 deducted from my hdfc bank account. This is a fraud in lockdown. Please refund our money (Rs 598) otherwise recharge our number. Was this information helpful? |
