Airtel — Refund for a cancelled order

I've booked an airtel fiber plan on July, 30, 2022 using my airtel post paid number [protected] and paid 1501.18 Rs., this order was cancelled 10 minutes later and I've got the message that my refund will be processed shortly, I thought I've been with airtel for over 8 years and I'll surely get my money, I also needed the connection because I needed the wifi for my office work so i placed another order from my another airtel number [protected] and this time on airtel executive's advice I've paid the money to him and he paid it for me so it was eventually processed the second time now airtel is ignoring my tweets, their representatives are giving me absurd answers like, I'll get a call asking me where I would prefer to get a refund, another guy asked me for transaction details, it's been over 7 days now and I'm still clueless of my refund status, I've my airtel postpaid bill due tomorrow and the only money I had to pay that bill is stuck with airtel will charge me a late fee if I'm late but they can hold my money as long as they want and there is no justice, I feel like I'm being tricked. Every month my bill date is 27th of each month with a due date of next month's 14th this time around the bill date is same but the due date has been changed to 6th which is an insult to the injury but that is secondary, please help me getting my money back I'll be highly obliged I'm not a rich person and this money means a lot to me as soon as I'll get the money, I promise, I'll leave airtel post paid for every and opt in for pre paid services because I thought I've some respect being a long term customer but I'm shattered to see that airtel is treating me like a vermin. Please help me with the refund.
