Airtel — Refund Payment got failed

Hi Team,

This is regarding my complaint about three recharges that I have made through net banking and via gpay window for a similar number. I was under assumption that my first payment got failed as I have got a message on the same and I have tried twice from netbanking solution and one time from gpay. Among this one payment was successful and rest of the two failed. I wanted to request for a refund of these two payment requests that I have made which is a total of 6000/- Indian rupees.
