Airtel — Refund security deposit

In 2009, I took an Airtel corporate SIM card with mobile no. [protected]. I paid a refundable security deposit of Rs 300/-. I closed the SIM card in 2014 after paying all the bill dues. Ideally, I should get back my security deposit, but company is giving some useless excuse to return my money back.
