Hi, I am using airtel no. [protected], I have activated 2G
internet plan by sending sms INTERNET to 121 and my account was
activated. I started using my 2G plan over my mobile. The bill got
generated this month and I was shocked to see 3581.68 INR charged
against me. If my 2G plan of 125 INR was activated, why did I get this
much bill? Request you to kindly rectify the bill as per the activated
2G plan. When I call up the customer care the CSR told that, I have
activated a zero rental plan of 2G which I have never requested for
activation.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
