In above cited subject it is state that details of amounts reacharge from month of dec.2018 to feb.2019.
(I) 13th feb.2019.- rs.300.00
(Ii) 07th feb.2019- rs.148.00
(Iii) 06th feb. 2019 rs.10.00
(Iv) 03rd feb2019 rs.235.00
(V) 24th jan.2019 rs.200.00
(Vi) 13th jan.2019 rs.200.00
(Vii) 09th dec.2018 rs.300.00
In month of feb.2019 all the channel is disturve approximate 20-25 days due to technical problem from service provider end as many times contact to customercare as he replied technical problem and rectify shortly so refund the charges for this period.
As also inform you in my tv id only alacarte is activated already. No communication has been made from our end to change my plan from registreed mobile no as well as other no in befor jan.2019. But service provider i. E. Airtel change my plan without permission. Kindly investigate and rectify the above problem.
Therefore it is once again request to rectify the above problem otherwise i proceed to take action as per trai norms.
