Airtel — request for reversal of recharge on correct customer id | |||||
The customer id reflecting on my tv screen is showing as [protected] against phone number [protected], where the correct id is [protected]. On the basis of the id reflecting on the tv screen, i did the recharge of an amount of rs. 251/- on [protected] which does not belong to me. In this regard, i would like you to reverse back the amount recharged to my own id [protected] immediately. I would also like to reiterate that this mistake is not the customer's mistake since the recharge was basis on what was reflecting on the tv screen. I want this issue to be resolved urgently and the customer id reflecting on the tv screen to be corrected. The issue hasn't been resolved yet despite so many attempts since the 5th of november. Finally I called 121and Airtel agreed to move my plan to minimum of 100 a month. For two months I have been getting bills of thrice that and Airtel refuses to understand this.
