Airtel — requesting to refund my advance paid amount of rs.3,600.00 to airtel, chennai against purchase of a airtel 4g wifi hot spot along with sim [protected] | |||||
I have purchased a New Airtel 4G Wifi Hot Spot along with post paid Airtel Data SIM No.[protected] against 6 months advanced Rental paid for Rs.3, 600.00 as on 09.04.18 and got the Receipt also. Totally I am not able to use the above purchased Airtel 4G Hot Spot due to very low Data Signal Strength in my House during the date of Purchase on 09.04.18 onwards to till the date.I have complained the Airtel Customer Care, Chennai, Tamil Nadu vide Complaint Number 84652300 dated 10.04.18. But There is no use against my requested the above complained because till the date neither any Technical Team of Airtel are not visited to our House and nor improved the Signal Strength and also not practically realized my problems of purchased Airtel 4G Hot Spot against no and Low signal strength. The above Airtel 4G Wifi Hot Spot along with SIM I have purchased from the Airtel's Own Show Room, NGO Colony, Adambakkam, Chennai 600 088, Tamil Nadu, they are also totally not taken care of my several calls simply rejecting or refusing the attend the calls-Ref: Show Room Mobile Number : [protected]. I am not able to frequently visit the above Airtel Show Room because I am working as a Finance Manager in the reputed Private Limited Company due to lack of times. Finally I have requested to refund the money against advance rental paid (from 09.04.18 to 08.10.18) for Rs.3, 600.00 after deducting the fees of one week utilization whatever may be. But I have received the email communication from Airtel Customer Care, Chennai, Tamil Nadu has stated that not possible to refund the amount because I have paid for the Advance Rental Plan. This is really hurt my mind and annoying my self how they are saying like this without giving proper service or How to myself digest the paid amount of Rs.3, 600.00 against without using their Airtel 4G Wifi Hot Spot. I have already decided to claim the amount through legally or using the help of TRAI. So I am requesting you kindly arrange to get the refund amount of advance amount paid to Airtel, Chennai, Tamil Nadu or kindly arrange to improve the Signal Strength to continue use the 4G Airtel Wifi Hot Spot without any loss of Signal Data in my house please. Finally I have requested the Airtel Customer Care, Chennai, Tamil Nadu to refund my advance payment of Rs.3, 600.00 after deducting the current 15 days whatver may be. But I have got email communication from Airtel Customer Care, Chennai stated that not able to refund the amount because your Plan is Advance Rental Plan. So this communication very much hurt my mind and myself is annoying against the such communication how to I can digest my self without using their service after paid the Rs.3, 600.00. I am requesting you kindly arrange to get the refund of my advance paid amount of Rs.3, 600.00 (through the helfp of TRAI) from the Airtel, Chennai, Tamilnadu or immeditely to improve the Signal Strength to use the Data without signal loss in my house .
