Updated by Saurabh Barla I am trying to get in touch with you guys, from past 3 days... but all i am getting is, round and round response from your team. PFA the screenshot of the fb chat, where from past 4 days, they are just telling, they will call to address my issue, but i am not getting any call, even after reminding them continously.
Really disappointed by your service quality. This is not the airtel, which i have been using from past so many years.
You guys have started taking customers for granted now... really disappointed

Updated by Saurabh Barla My problem is still not resolved... And when did you guys shared the resolution details? You just reiterated what i have been hearing from customer care from 1 month, that is, to wait for the offer to get activated on my number... this is not the solution I was looking for.
If you guys are unable to resolve my problem, just admit it, and tell me to port out publicly, so that others also know, how awesome your service is.
Really disappointing... even after taking help of public forum, you guys havent done anything to solve the issue, rather just gave a diplomatic reply...
If you guys are not capable of solving the problem, have the guts to accept it...
