[Resolved]  Airtel — Service executive

I bought a 4G hotspot before 2 months under a 3month plan. They mentioned that we have to pay 3.3k in advance for 3 months to get 10gb per month. And we paid that. Now suddenly after two months, we have been getting calls from airtel customer care asking us to pay 480 again. After my connection got disconnected, i went ahead and asked my service executive about this. He said it was tax and we should pay that. We were not informed in prior about this. The service executive was rude and irresponsible when i asked him why wasn't i informed before.

Guys I have request for broadband connection on 15th DEC 2016. They didn't installed the connection and when I asked for refund they are not giving it back. Now it's 02 FEB 2017. Where is my amount.
Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
Now not refunding my money back.
Reassigning another date and date.

Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.
