[Resolved]  Airtel — Services barred

Hi,

My services have been barred since 26th of Feb 2016 for no apparent reason. I reported the same on the next day and since then they have changed the SIM twice but the issue still persists. Also when i asked for a service request number they said to my shock that there is no case created yet. Even the customer care said that they cant do anything and asked to speak to ARC.At ARC in Prabhadevi (Mumbai) i interacted with Deepmala, Dinanath and Shashank who rather helping me have asked me too take any decision that i want. Sent an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com the replied stating that cant help and stopped replying to my emails. Please look into the same as it is very inconvenient.

It was done with the help of ARC. Thanks to Deepmala and Shashak from Prabhadevi, Mumbai. They followed up with the network team and made sure the services are activated and called and confirmed the same. It put an end to a very frustrating last few days.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
