We have been trying to get our airtel tel no and broadband shifted for over a week now. it's surprising how the organisation is the least bit interested in fixing the issue. they have only provided false commitments multiple times. no escalations seem to work, nor do i think that the severity of the issues faced are actually getting thru to people in authority.
This is a serious deficiency in service and moreover compounded by multiple failures in commitments being kept. we have spoken to pushpa, praveen etc, all who claimed to be able to resolve the issue, but no result. Was this information helpful? |
