Dear airtel people,
I am having issues with the airtel sim card where there is full tower but neither am i able to make calls nor able to receive any calls.
I had gone to the airtel office about 10 days back, and they told me that there must be some issues with the simcard, hence change the sim. I changed the sim immediately, however, the problem persisted.
Then i called up the customer care service at 121, and launched a complaint. They assured me that it will get resolved in 24 hours. But nothing happened.
I again called back to the customer care center and they again launched my complaint saying this is a technical issue and will be resolved in 3 days.
Fortunately, i made one call after 2 days of complaint, and now again the same problem persists. Neither am i getting any calls nor am i able to make any calls.
Keeping a customer with such problem where he is unable to contact people in today's world is nothing less than crime.
Is there any authority who can take any strict actions against such big corporates? Was this information helpful? |
