Airtel — sim card linked with aadhar but airtel company close the number and issue another customer

I am buying a sim card and i will attached this number in my aadhar card but airtel company will closed the number and issued another one, when i will want otp from aadhar to change my mobile number the another customer will be abuse and behave very badly so i will complaint for that customer. If my complaint will be not work i will complaint in consumer court.
