Airtel — sim not activated after porting showing emergency calls only

Yesterday i received message for confirmation of port to airtel as per that information my old sim lost network and new sim is not activated after 13 hrs it's my only one number which i use help me please it's really urgent to get my number active. Im getting emergency calls only for my new ported sim. I tried contacting costumer care but they saying me to wait and not giving any details on time required for my sim card to be activated.
