Hi,
Since last 1 month i was not able to surfing the internet on my mobile number [protected].
As per customer representative advice i have updated my sim card to 4g.
Currently i have good internet quality but since i have change my sim card to 4g my sms services are not activate.
I not able to receive any kind of text on my number.
Even my otp, banking messages all are off since last 20 days.
(Nowadays in digital platform how can we survive without such facilities)
I have complained about this in customer care so many times.
Every time they are promising to resolve the complain within 24 to 48 hours. But till now i have not receive a single call in this regard from airtel.
I'm really frustrated with such a disgusting behaviour of such reputed company.
Even in the last effort i'm thinking to use the port service and change the service provider, but even not able to send text message to 1900 also.
