Today i visited an authorised airtel store referred in the complaint subject for number portability purpose, they issued a new sim by collecting 50 rupees, they denied to issue bill also. I enquired about the charges for getting a new sim i came to know that it costs about 19 to 25 rupees. So kindly look in to the matter and take strigent action on the staff working at store mentioned. If this kind of activities persists means name of the company may get sullied.
