The amount got deducted, however, the recharge was not done.
On may 19th, 2018, i recharged the airtel number [protected].
Rs 199 was deducted from my account immediately and the recharge was not done. I called the customer care and informed the same and they said the amount will be refunded after two days as the transaction was unsuccessful due to some reason. Hence they also requested to recharge again for 199/-. The second time the recharge was successful.
Till this date, the amount which was deducted at first is not credited back.
I have attached the screenshot of my bank transaction for the deduction of 199 two times.
