Can you please check whether my number is activated or not the FRC’s mention below was not available. When we tried with below FRC’s it was not getting successful.
I called to customer care for 2 time first time Service Specialist suggested me for FRC 62, Recharge was successfully done but still outgoing calls are not happening and 2nd time Service Specialist is saying your number is not activated. I want to know why it was not activated after 24 hours also ??
My sim was ported on 9/9/2015 10:44:00 PM still I am not able to call outgoing calls
Please take this as high priority.

But outgoing calls I am facing issue call was disconnecting, is there anything
that I need to do FRC ?? Could you please tell me the FRC amount I will
