Airtel — unauthorised deduction of rs 99/ and rs 35/ towards movie mazza and comedy junction | |||
Hello airtel prepaid retailer section incharge i wish to bring to ur kind notice that i am having prepaid airtel cell phone for which i am recharging for rs 300/ every month. From this month onwards i am getting deduction of rs 99 towards movie mazza and rs 30/ towards comedy junction without my consent. Though i refuse such services through sms i am not getting favourable reply for stopping totally such unwanted services. I therefore request you to stop such services and arrange for the refund. It has been 3 weeks since I applied my Aircel number[protected] for porting to airtel.i have given every document needed but yet my sim is not activated yet.Kindly help resolve my issue
