Regarding previous complaint (Docket number: 673569), airtel service provider did not do anything on my compliant they simple called me and my said the same story what they said earlier and didn't give any resolution and simple closed the issue. For the interest of time, i spent some more money (Rs. 199/-) to renew my plan and i am not happy with the action there are taken.
Another complaint: now, i have faced one more problem with this provider & would like to complain about it (Dated: april 13, 2018). Issue is today this service provider activated "askadoctor" value added service without my confirmation & acceptance and deducted money (Rs. 30/-) from my talk time account balance and i called customer care regrading this they are saying that this service is activated through sms confirmation at early morning 4:26 am. My argument with them is i did attend any sms or call about the activation how can you activate the service. Here my question is how the service provider deduct my talk balance without my confirmation.
And, i am attaching sms images sent by this provider after activation of the unwanted service. And i have conversation audio while talking with airtel customer care, but i cannot upload that file as it is 36 mb file.
