On November 4 I visited the Airtel store in Faizabad, to upgrade my sim to 4g and he said the person should be present on whom's name the sim is registered as the sim is on my father's name, I asked for some other solution and he told me a unique way to port the Airtel sim to Airtel and some how I get in into his fake talks and agreed upon it he said the sim will be activated in 4 day and as the first recharge is necessary you have to pay 559 and I did that but the sim do not port within 15 days then I went to him to cancel that request of port and refund my payment after lot of arguments he agreed and take my bank account details said that it will be directly sent to your account and till that I have phoned him and visited many times he is not giving me satisfactory answer and once he said you will get mail from company and you will refund today or yesterday or tomorrow bla.. bla .. and now it is getting about one month and now he showing me his unprofessional behaviour that how badly he can talk to the customers ... This is very disappointing and if this is not going to resolve iam deciding to go to the consumer forum to get hell down with 50times more compensation for the inconveniences I have faced ...
I think you should work upon your store service as your name is not enough for the coustomer they are looking for good service.. Was this information helpful? |
