I had submitted a request for relocation from Guduvancherry to Anna Nagar, Chennai on SEPTEMBER 28TH, 2020. After multiple customer service calls, engineer calls and mails, I have still not received my relocation. But the Airtel executives have closed the request without any consent from my end. I have prepaid for 3 months connection. I have not been able to use my connection for almost 2 months now. I get calls from customer service executives whether they can close the request, I keep answering that I have still not received my connection. One fine day, they make their own decision and send me a message saying that the service request has been closed.
Later after a couple of mail, I keep getting calls from engineers but not a single person has come to fix it till date. I am fed up. I'm surviving on 4g. This is how I work. My productivity is affected. I would like a solution to this. Was this information helpful? |
