[Resolved]  Airtel — Without disconnecting broadband ,irritating customer

I disconnected Fixedline number [protected], 2 months before and I sent disconnection request for your reference in the attached file.From call center also they called for disconnection, I told to disconnect and I paid the balance amount on November. Still I am getting the bill from this connection (now totally bill amount is mentioned as 2160.73 ruppees) for not using this line. Every day telecallers and airtel collection person is calling to pay for unused connection.I don't know people in airtel is working for closing this problem.Still they will mail but will not resolve the issue and tell airtel collection person to call my number and again ask money from me for not using the line.That collection person spoke today and blackmailing, he will disconnect only when he receives amount.I request the people in airtel to close the issue now.
