I requested for a airtel broadband on 15th july 2016, after checking network ports everything payment of rs 4974, was done on 16th july 2016, account no [protected] and i was told that installation will be done on 18 th july. I waited till 21st july, and called the executive several times there was no answer. Then i called aitel help desk none of them picked the calls, atlast i went personally.. I was so shocked that the executive told that there are no network port available so installation can not be done, and your money will be refunded.
Very irresponsible.. No one has responded till i went to help desk, not even picked call despite of several calls,.. After all processing, checking the network ports and payment this is the service i got
Waste of time... Money is blocked.. Everything...
