Dear airtel team & superiors,
This is to inform you that as per your call center supervisor with whom i spoke on 11th october 2019 evening if a customer does not recharge then there will be a deduction from the main balance of inr 23 to increase the validity. Where else i think i am educated enough to check the recharge plan tariffs as per my requirements. I did a recharge of inr 100/- where the validity was mention as n/a. The call center supervisor he was unable to solve my queries nor provided me resolution for my complaint. He kept on saying like a parrot "we apologies for the inconvenience" but apology doesn't solve my issue.
I have taken screen shots from phone pay on which i have done the recharge and from other website including airtel website too as evidence. To the surprise in aitel website link is mentioned too (https://www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge/?icid=prepaid_row_1_column_1) where it shows recharge of inr 100/- where the validity was mention as n/a.
Can anyone explain how the hell these people are deducting our hard earned money don't you people (Airtel) have any shame looting people of their hard earned money; to the surprise eg: guess if suppose 1000 customers who had recharged with inr 100/- fulltalktime can you people guess how much money airtel is looting from their subscribers that means (1000x23= 23, 000/-) this is just a small figure to make the calculation easy to understand.
For airtel people am attaching the evidence screen shot/snap shots.
Stop looting people like this airtel has become thugs of hindustan telecom. What a shame.
