I am an airtel user from past 4 years.
Whenever i call on 198 or 121 on their customer care number, there are many options from 1 to 9, and they ask to select an option but whenever i select option 9 to speak to their executive, it says "oops it's an incorrect option"
There is no way to contact customer care executive as they are cheating with their customer. A customer care should be fast as possible to reach the consumer but it almost took 10 mins. To connect to executive as the options are confussing. Was this information helpful? |
