Hi i am, Rakhi bayen.
Today i have done a recharge transaction through airtel my money (Airtel app). But due to user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.
Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
I have already tried to connect to customer care several times right after I did the recharge, but they didn't pick up. I also sent emails with the problem. But I got only automated reply. No solution.
Now please do the same on urgent basis…. Details are as below….
