I purchased my eye drops i.e., LACOMA- PF on 29th April. Yesterday as I opened it, it was already opened and there were no drops in the bottle I received. I complained about this to the medical shop owner from where I bought it and he said he can't do anything with that.
I m using the medicine from last 1 year and it is the first time something like that happened. I m really pissed off and I m hoping for a full refund and a proper acting from your side.
