I ordered a Fusionic Embellished Lehenga from Ajio on 15 January (Order Id - FL[protected]).
My order arrived on 20 Jan but i didn't like the quality of it so i decided to return it and get refund for my order. I chose bank transfer and provided my Account No. for the same.
I got a message regarding the initiation of refund on 29 January but till date i have not received my refund of Rs 3.312. This is not a small amount which i can just let go.
I have even asked the customer care executive to provide me the phone no. of vendor so that i can directly contact them but they denied by saying that they don't keep the vendor's phone number.
I have called several times on customer care and sent them emails, sent my bank statements but still there is no action taken and all i get to hear is "kindly send your bank statement again".
I really want you to look into this matter and help me out. It will be your great kindness.
