I am sorry to writing you through that channel because there is no way left for me.
I have a unit in Ajnara le garden,
I already give my last installment in August 2019.
My position was proposed on December 31, 2017. But I did not get it yet, the responsible official Mr. Rajdeep Saxena is not solving my following issue.
1. Settlement of delay penalty. His reply is " Jao jis se baat karni hai kar lo"
2. In My unit Sufficient lighting in the flat is given but not provided. Mr. Saxena told me to contact customer care. I did not get any response from customer care department too.
3. First time in real estate there is a charge called "Clubhouse using charges". But the clubhouse is/was always the part of maintenance.
Then why it is applicable. No Justification is given.
4. My contact authority suggested by Ajnara Mrs. Aishverya is never picking my phone. Kindly provide any responsible personnel contact details.
5. Finishing work is still pending in my flat kindly complete it and provide the possession letter.
Kindly provide me time to resolve the issue.
I am still thinking of myself as Ajnara's customer.
