WAITING FOR REFUND AMOUNT SINCE 18 MONTHS

If you look at the 2nd and 3rd pages (and I couldn't find e-ticket numbers on these pages), you can find return journey details but those dates fall under strict lock down in both India as well as in the UK and there were no services between these two countries.

which are erroneously reissued to ticket nos[protected]/03 with only 2cpns ie
for LHR/DEL/VTZ which is FLOWN.
Kindly liaise with your agent to rectify his mistake and refund the amount to you.
