Hy I'm Abhirup Sikdar from Malda west Bengal. I ordered a dress on 13.09.2019 in Aliexpress. Then 3 days letter due to some reason I contact seller for cancel my order. And seller agreed to cancel the order. And said he refund my money on my PayPal account.but he don't refund . I also send him the screen shot of my PayPal account balance which shows zero. But he don't reply me. Again and again I told the seller for refund my money. still today already14 day's over but he don't refund back the money. I am a regular customer on your site.this type of behavior is totally shocked me. Plz Kindly help me out from this situation and refund my money as soon as possible. Order I'd -[protected]
