Flat no 703, Space station 1 Flat booked in Jan 2010...promised delivery on 11-11-11 Pre EMI started immediately for 18 months, post that full EMI till date... They did not hand over on the promised date of 11-11-11 From June 2012, they stopped sending me site updates Their site updates always show the same stage of construction...a copy paste of earlier image. Now they are saying handover in 2015, no date shared. They cannot keep repeating dates and there should be penalty and a case booked against them. All flat owners need to be compensated at current market rates by attaching MD hari challa's properties.
