I have recently purchased computer hardware products from Amazon on 17th January, 2024. I have received a few products on 18th January 2024 and the rest of them are on 20th January, 2024. All those products are received by my family members on my behalf as I am out of my hometown due to a certain emergency. I scrutinized all those items on 26th January, 2024 then I got to know that out of all the items I have received...

I have purchased a product (ASUS ROG BACKPACK) from amazon but when the parcel was delivered there was no bag inside .i called them but they kept me waiting and didnt try to resolve my matter....

Amazon India - Fraud Alert!

I ordered a Samsung S23 FE for my mother’s birthday and received a broken power bank inside the box. Until this time I had only heard about such frauds.

This needs to be escalated at another level. Who on earth would expect @amazon India to do this!?

Shame on the logistics partners and the company. Lost all trust on the e-commerce giant!

I bought a (Refurbished) Lenovo ThinkPad 7th Gen Intel Core i5 from amazon, 12th January after receiving this product when I want to turn on its showing that " the hard disk corrupted " so ultimately my laptop is damage.
After that I raise a return complain they called me ask me what is the problem so we discus about it and they told me ok we will return it and you will get your money back.
After 2 days...

On 15th january 2024 I had placed an ordered for nirlon nonstick coated aluminum appachatti and casserole combo cookware set along with cello glass mixing bowl without lid.

On 17th January 2024 I have received my package which included only appachatti which was defective and cello bowl, casserole was missing the package. I had raised a exchange and missing product requested and even explained in detailed in the description..later...

I have placed an order for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE version on the date of 15th Jan, 2024.

On 6th of january i got a defective pair of speaker and when i try to return it the amazon feculty denid to take it back because that was defected they also blamed me that they delivered a right item only i have proof of box condition that he box have more than 3 labels on it and was used before .
please help me take out from this fraud...

I recently faced the issue is that by amazon, they were deleted my all reviews of my products and also they will not allowing me to write the reviews on my new purchasing products...When i am raising this query by customer services, they cant do anything in this, and not a single relevant teams who cleared of this issues..am doing a mail on [protected]@amazon.in within 5 days ..but they not doing any revert back of my mails also mailing...

DATED 19TH dEC 2023. Item tracking shows item may be lost. Contacted amazon which does not connect me to any phone call. Asks me 9via chatbot) to contact seller (Cart2Globe). When I click contact seller the webpage goes back to all mu orders and does not provide any optin to cancel and hence I am unable to claim refund....

I have order Woodland shoes on Amazon Website.. however I have received order within 15 hour's but it's defective product and not as per expections..i raised return request on same day after 3 days also it's not collected from Amazon team, also initially raise request cancelled by Amazon....

Amazon has refunded 10024 rupees on 16/12/2024 which is not been credited to my bob account till date. They have provided with refund reference number[protected]. Kindly investigate the issue and do the needful.

Amazon's electronic items are mostly used or new cover on item and sell as new
I have placed a battery and I claim warrenty but Amazon said that Amazon did not give any warrenty and contact to seller which no any detail are provided by Amazon
I am trying for 2 manth but I didn't get warrenty...

Ordered Kurti Set on 16th Nov'23 and got delivery around 20th Nov'23 however got different product hence returned the product and asked for refund but yet after 2 months its still showing as "Return Started"

Made a complaint last June 3rd complaining that I joined with Amazon.com online job. They asked me to make more payments but they didn't give me my money back.
