I had purchased Panasonic P55 mobile on 31st Jan 2015 from Amazon online which was supplied by Syberplace (supplier name).
After using the phone for 4-5 months, I found issues in the phone performance and approached Panasonic customer care where it was found that the IMEI number is mismatching between Invoice and mobile and they did not accept the mobile for repair. I approached Amazon on 26th Oct 2015 and till date only getting false commitments that we will resolve the issue.
I am suffering with this faulty phone and not getting resolutions despite continuous follow up.
This is a kind of cheating with Customers, .
