negligence in medical case

I had an accident and was admitted to Ambay hospital Sahibabad(ghaziabad) on 21/10/09 and had stitches on my eyebrow and abrasion on some parts of body. I was discharged on 23/10/09.I was not referred for redressing by doctor and and because of this, the wound got rot and they have to restitch the wound,this caused immense pain and loss.Also i m reeling under infection chances due to this.There is heights of negligence been shown , which...
