American Swan Lifestyle Company — Not refunded money | |||||
I have bought a product from American Swan in the month of august 2016 . My ORDER NO: AS[protected]. Due to the issue in size i made it return through Currier at you ware house Address.The Product was received there on 30 august 2016. It was intimated that the cost i payed for the product will be credited to my American swan Wallet with the cost of Currier . Since that Time i have made number of queries and request to get my wallet amount so that i could have a next purchase, but i didn't get any response from customer care executive. Also i did the previous mails to these available sites but diidn't get response after 7 september. i have approx Rs 900 for that refund is not made.and now site is also not working Was this information helpful? | |||||
