Ampa Orthodontist Toothsi — Refused to Refund

My name is Rashmi, and I recently considered Toothsi aligners for consultation when they promised me to provide a service that I would be satisfied with. No form was signed when I did the downpayment but I have an e-mail describing my payment as proof. After talking to them I was no sure about the treatment because they offered to add extensions in my teeth which would not be invisible, going against their marketing strategy of invisible/clear aligners, also I had concerns regarding their online consultation and they do not take care of personal gum strength/tolerance of patients which can case serious damage of tooth. I elaborated my reasons couple of times to the concerned people along with my previous chats with the orthodontists where most of times they are enforcing their narrative and the experience has been very unpleasant. The name of these people are in my phone, if may needed. I mentioned a couple of times that it is my personal inhibitions that I do not want to consider aligners for now but the person kept on elaborating on why my opinions do not matter and why I should consider aligners and online consultation instead of an offline doctor consultation where I felt more secure and safe. After multiple calls to various departments of toothsi, I tried to justify that now it has become a mental harassment for me that I have to call and explain my concerns to everyone, there were many incidents when they ghosted me and refused to consider my concerns. My opinion with the plan they suggest matter and I refused to accept the plan since their consultation and management has been gas lighting me. They now show me a refund policy that is mentioned somewhere on their webpage but i was neither told about that and never signed any document of acknowledgment. Since my plan has not moved any forward and i did not agree to proceed with it, the company refused to refund my money even when I don't proceed with the procedure. Please help me with the fraud these people do!
