Amrita Hospital Kochi — Reception of Nephrology Department

To day I have visited Amritha hospital for check up of my brother V. Victanand. We had to consult 3 doctors one each from Cardiology, Nephrology and ENT

Cardiology Department was having a good reception with token system and Secretary to Doctors, who were very cordial and helping the patients.

Even though there was no token system in ENT, the Department reception was very helpful.

However, in the Nephrology, the reception was not working properly. Even though there was much rush in the Department, no token system was introduced. Patients used to keep their documents outside, once the receptionist comes it will be taken.

The Receptionist was arrogant and did not answer to any queries regarding the consultation. She do not know how to behave with patients. Instead of helping the patients she is seeing the patients as enemies.

Kindly introduce the token system in Nephrology Department so as to bring discipline in booking the doctor and consultation. Also appoint good receptionists who helps the patients rather than seeing them as enemies.
