This is allipilli vinaya resident at 48-4-16, near gandhi centenary school, jagannaickpur, kakinada. I here by informing you in our area at d. No: 48-4-77, gandhi centenary school back side, jagannaickpur, kakianada-2, on the name neelapalli kasi durga constructing illegal construction. They are constructing g+4 building with out plan approval, my area is fully salt content area, soil strength is very weak, as per kmc rules and regulations there is no chance of constructing g+2 also not available, but force-billy they are constrcting g+4 here, regarding this construction neighbors and our colony people already approached kmc authority but because of bribes no one was taken necessary action, by this construction neighbors have a life thread. Regarding this illegal construction news was published in vartha news paper district edition on[protected], here by called upon you, finally we are putting this matter in your presence, please take necessary action against this illegal construction and do needful to the neighbors, this will become very serious issue, if you are neglected, we will approach high court against them and who were not taken necessary action.
