Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Bus travelled from mantralayam to Vijayawada on Dec 4th 5:30 PM bus number Ap16z0381

As per the above subjected bus, the conductor who was in this bus is very rude and spoke harsh words, not even was respectful towards me and my family. He abused us on road for being late for 2 mins, over the call and also directly.. felt very insulted and embarrassment in front of entire bus passengers he spoke very abusive. Kindly take this as complaint against him
