I have applied in 2020 AU counselling . But I didn't participate in it after all the steps completed. I've paid rs 5000 for the counselling. For refund I've sent the letter also. Now already one year gone. But still I didn't receive my refund....

WES is trying to contact Anna university for my secondary verification since last year . Its been an year, and not received any response about the transcript . It would be a great help if you can proceed little faster. I have mailed to the university so many times and no reply for my mails also. totally disappointing and would be a great help if you can sent the WES documents as soon as possible. that will help a lot...

I have submitted my Wes request in the month of May but unable to get any response from Anna University after multiple follow up mails.

I could see below in one of the thread it's mentioned mails are delayed due to pandemic.

When most of the other universities have upgraded to the digital doc process why is number 1 University in tamilnadu is still dependent on indian postal service.

I have completed my BE in ANNA UNIVERSITY In April 2015, I made a payment for all the documents required for WES verification in Anna university transcripts portal 75 days back.
Still the documents are not yet sent to WES Canada address.

While I understand that the mails are not forwarded due to pandemic reason, it would be better if you can consider sending the documents digitially to WES (I forwarded the email from WES for the procedure). I have applied for transcript vide ref.no.142887. However after several follow ups through email, didn't get any positive response on the status and timeline for closure. Status continue to remain as UpLdl= Supporting Documents Downloaded for quite some time.

Applied date June 24, 2021, still the state is documents downloaded for application (UpLdl). Still it is under processing. This is a delay about nearly 1 months as it has to complete in 15 - 20 days.

Complaint - No responses for mail or phone enquiry. As it is very difficult to travel in this pandemic time, it could have updated the consumer about a date of completion as a response.br...
