Apollo 24 X 7 — [#228946] - Apollo 24|7 - Medicines : Wrong Items were delivered

Hi,

I have ordered steam inhalation machine from Apollo 24 7 app. They have delivered wrong item and I have raised complaint to customer care.

I was told that replacement will be given but however after 25 days still they haven't given replacement. There customer service team is very poor. After many reminder mails, they don't even care to reply and only an auto generated emails is given.
I am very frustrated with their service.
Looks like they are cheating customer.

I am not going to buy any medicines from Apollo if they are resolving the issue by replacement or refund.

I don't recommend to order medicines from their online store as you will not get any ontime support.
