Unable to contact the Customer Care via Phone since it's not available on the app/website. The Order keeps getting cancelled inspite of a valid prescription for which I wanted to understand the reason for rejecting the prescription, but there's no one I can talk to!
Even for raising an enquiry on the app, it forces me to select options which are not applicable. There's no option to file a general enquiry.
Also, the android mobile is not at all responsive, hangs continuously. Have tried the same app on multiple devices and everyone has the same feedback.
Biggest complaint is lack of Customer Care Numbers to talk to and EXPLAIN to each other what the problem with an order is. Was this information helpful? |
