Apollo Pharmacy — Fake message of attempted delivery

I ordered few emergency medicines on the app on August 22, 2022 -9 pm;the delivery was displayed to be done within August 22, 10:30 pm;Around 10 pm, I received a message from apollo app stating that a delivery was attempted which in reality never took place;On contacting the delivery executive number which showed up in the app, he stated that his duty time for the day has got over and that's why he had to send such a message ;the delivery date got updated on the app to Aug 23, 2022.It has been 2 days, I didn't receive my medicines yet, the app isn't showing any updates and the customer care service is simply worst.I raised a ticket for cancellation and refund for the prepaid order and that is Falling on deaf ears;I want the order to get canceled with my refund.
