Apollo Pharmacy — Medicines not received, no cancel option

It's regarding my order number[protected] which I placed on 2nd July since the delivery time was promised by 10:30am on 3rd july. Those are urgent medicines for my mom..It's almost 10pm and I have no communication from the company.

I called them, raised a complaint through the app, emailed them, but all it's mentioned on the app that the order is delayed with whatsoever no ETA mentioned.. and my payment is done..i am trying to cancel the order since 12pm in the afternoon as it did not come by 10:30, but since then it's not allowing me to cancel and blocked my money..If i could cancel and get the refund, i could order from somewhere else..

Now, I will not be available to receive the order tomorrow and I don't know what to do now..

Order not delivered. Delivery date changed from Appollo side. No delivery done on revised date also. No update shared. Customer care person says Order cannot be cancelled. Means I cannot buy medicines from other company also as I have already made payment to Appollo. BP/Sugar/Blood thinner medicines for 80 yr old person. The advice from Customer care is to wait till they deliver. No senior manager available to talk till 10 AM. Pathetic service and customer care. Can someone help cancel the order, so the patient is not left at Appollo's mercy
