Against our Prepaid Online order No[protected] Dt. 26th Oct, Apollo did not deliver the items till date i.e. 2nd Nov'23 despite being priority circle membership.
On complaining several times on their Helpdesk, (Complain No.-2559481] each time a new mail/person from Apollo responds that they are looking into the complain and resolve within 24 Hrs. But it has been almost 7 days (168 Hrs.) but no resolution nor refund.
We then escalated to their level 3 grievance cell but still there is no response, and each time a new person responds with the same reply to resolve within 24 Hrs, but we don't understand how long is Apollo's 24 Hrs.
Furter they are not giving their senior management mail ID nor their contact no. for further escalation nor they are delivering nor refunding the prepaid money.
Kindly take up the above issue strongly with Apollo pharmacy as we find their customer support is pathetic and worst.
We find this as an absolute case of Customer harassment.
